PUBLIC NOTICE TO HEIRS

Any person who believes that he or she is an heir of the late Iwonna Maria Horowitz, born Dobrowolski, daughter of Bronislaw Dobrowolski and Maria Lipinski, born in Łódź, Poland, on 24 September 1951, a Swiss citizen of Geneva (Switzerland), last domiciled in Magliaso (Switzerland), deceased in Magliaso on 30 January 2026, a widow, is hereby invited to come forward before the District Court of Lugano, Canton of Ticino, Switzerland, within six (6) months from the date of publication of this notice and to submit documentary evidence establishing his or her relationship to evidence establishing his or her relationship to the deceased.

Upon expiry of the above-mentioned period, the estate shall be distributed exclusively amongst those heirs whose rights have been duly established, without prejudice to any inheritance action that may be available under applicable law.
