OGŁOSZENIE

„Stadion Miejski” Sp. z o.o. w Białymstoku ogłasza pisemny przetarg nieograniczony z negocjacjami na najem obiektu Chorten Arena, położonego w Białymstoku przy ul. Słonecznej 1 w celu rozgrywania meczów piłki nożnej, w szczególności w ramach:

1. Ligi krajowej – sezon 2026/2027.
2. Pucharu kraju – sezon 2026/2027.
3. Rozgrywek europejskich – sezon 2026/2027.
4. Meczów towarzyskich i międzynarodowych.

Umowa najmu zostanie zawarta na okres od 1 lipca 2026 r. do 30 czerwca 2027 r.

Chorten Arena spełnia kryteria infrastrukturalne dla wszystkich poziomów krajowych rozgrywek piłki nożnej na sezon 2026/2027 oraz kryteria określone dla rozgrywek w ramach Ligi Konferencji UEFA. Obiekt mieści pełnowymiarowe boisko piłkarskie z podgrzewaną murawą naturalną oraz trybuny, na których dostępne są 22 372 miejsca siedzące, w tym 23 miejsca dla osób niepełnosprawnych z opiekunem. Na terenie stadionu dostępne są parkingi o łącznej pojemności 794 miejsc dla samochodów osobowych, w tym 12 miejsc dla osób niepełnosprawnych oraz 82 miejsca dla autokarów i wozów transmisyjnych.

Zgłoszenie udziału w postępowaniu należy złożyć w siedzibie Spółki „Stadion Miejski” do dnia 15.05.2026 r. do godziny 12:00.

NOTICE OF TENDER

“Stadion Miejski” Sp. z o.o. in Bialystok invites to open written tender with negotiations for lease of the Chorten Arena located in Bialystok, No. 1 Sloneczna Street, to organise football matches, in particular:

1) Domestic league – season 2026/2027,

2) Country cup – season 2026/2027,

3) European competitions – season 2026/2027,

4) Friendly and international matches.

The lease agreement shall be concluded for the period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.

The City Stadium meets the infrastructure criteria for all levels of domestic competitions for the season 2026/2027, as well as requirements for UEFA Conference Leage. The venue features a full-size natural football pitch with heated playing surface and stands with 22 372 available seats, including 23 seats for disabled persons with helpers. There are car parks with the joint available capacity of 794 passenger car parking spaces, including 12 spaces for disabled persons, and 82 spaces for coaches and outside broadcast vans.
